How much can I rely on baby milk powder or formula?
As we all know, there is no other milk as beneficial and healthier than Breast milk. The World Health Organization recommends exclusively breastfeeding babies up to six months of age. While baby milk powder is a good and convenient way to ensure your baby gets the right amount of nutrition, it is not a substitute for breast milk.
